Designed to operate at any press speed, the CLR 2500 cameras monitor and correct register position automatically throughout a press run.

 

Special features of CLR 2500 Color to Color Register Control

  • User friendly workstation using flat touchscreen with Windows based user interface.
  • One dot of each color to measure register thereby requiring less space on the sheet.
  • Marks .007 inches in diameter.
  • Display up to eight (8) web surfaces per work station.
  • Controls registration within .001 inch
  • Reads and controls up to eight (8) colors per web side.
  • Capable of reading PMS and metallic inks.

A dedicated button to select or change the key color is supplied on the main screen to allow easy changes of key color if required.

The position of the cylinders are displayed both in bargraph form and as a colored dot on the XY coordinate grid.

The status line just above the unit select buttons will prompt the operator to either select a cylinder to be centered or press ALL to center all cylinders.
